Nourishing & Simple means that food has the ability to nourish our body as much as our mind. I strongly believe that healthy eating can be simple, fun and free from guilt & rules.
My vision of healthy eating is all about embracing balance while keeping it simple and fun. The thing that I am most passionate about, is being able to empower my readers to quit viewing food as the enemy and start seeing it as our greatest ally. I am “anti-diet”, and I want to encourage you to eat without focusing on your weight, and to fully embrace body positivity. I truly want to encourage you to enjoy what you eat and release all those heavy feelings of guilt that the toxic “diet-culture” brings.
As I always say: a healthy life is a balanced one! So yes, our moms were right when they told us we need to eat our veggies… but living a truly balanced lifestyle means we can also have our favorite chocolate and chips too!
The same philosophy goes for the way we eat: some recipes here will be highly nutritious, some won’t. And you know what? That’s okay!! The most important thing here is that my recipes are delicious. With every new recipe I make, I always make sure to test each one many times... This way, I’m confident that you and your family will love these meals as much as I do!

Simply put: The more meals we cook at home, the more likely we’ll be avoiding highly processed foods and refined sugars. I believe cooking meals from scratch, using fresh ingredients is one of the most nourishing ways we can give back to our bodies and our families.

𑁍 Eat more plants
For me, this means eating more fruits and veggies, plant-based proteins, and learning the best ways to cook them. Meals containing lots of colors, leafy greens, vegetables, herbs and spices don’t just make for insta worthy posts, but for one happy belly!! Best of all, adding more plant-based meals into our daily life not only benefits the well-being of our bodies but the ultimate well-being of our planet.
𑁍 Never stop learning
I want to give you credible information, that will help you make better choices. Why? Because the internet and social media are constantly feeding us with colorful Ad’s for unrealistic “quick-fix diets”, which can only leave us feeling overwhelmed and just plain confused!
I believe the more you know, the less likely you’ll fall for the next trending. No more guilt, crazy restrictions, and bye-bye diet trends!
