If I could use only 1 word to describe that sauce, it would be YUMMY. I first created that recipe for my Mexican Vegetarian Bowl. But honestly, it’s so good that you’ll want to use it everywhere. For example, it could serve as a dip for veggies or a spread in a wrap.
Servings : 1/2 cup
Ingredients
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon minced garlic (about 1 clove, minced)
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon sriracha
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
- Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Serve the sauce with my recipe of Mexican Vegetarian Bowl, use it as a dip for veggies or as a spread in a wrap.
