Southwest style sauce (with yogurt)

If I could use only 1 word to describe that sauce, it would be YUMMY. I first created that recipe for my Mexican Vegetarian Bowl. But honestly, it’s so good that you’ll want to use it everywhere. For example, it could serve as a dip for veggies or a spread in a wrap.

Servings : 1/2 cup

Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon minced garlic (about 1 clove, minced)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon sriracha

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  2. Mix well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  3. Serve the sauce with my recipe of Mexican Vegetarian Bowl, use it as a dip for veggies or as a spread in a wrap.
