Peanut Butter & Chocolate Protein Smoothie

Once again, I created a recipe that combines my 2 favorite flavors: peanut butter and chocolate! This creamy smoothie is perfect for an afternoon or post-workout snack. I chose to use protein-rich ingredients to make it very filling.

Servings: 1 big or 2 small smoothies

Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk or regular milk
  • 3 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (or regular peanut butter)
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 frozen banana (or fresh banana)
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Drink the smoothie now or keep it in the fridge in an airtight container until the next day!
