Once again, I created a recipe that combines my 2 favorite flavors: peanut butter and chocolate! This creamy smoothie is perfect for an afternoon or post-workout snack. I chose to use protein-rich ingredients to make it very filling.
Servings: 1 big or 2 small smoothies
Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk or regular milk
- 3 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (or regular peanut butter)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 frozen banana (or fresh banana)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Drink the smoothie now or keep it in the fridge in an airtight container until the next day!
