Kale Chips

Veggies can be FUN, I can assure you!! You won’t doubt it anymore after tasting this kale chips recipe. It is so easy to prepare and so delicious! My advice: to make sure this recipe is a success, don’t forget to dry the kale (with a clean cloth or paper towel) after washing it. Also, toward the end of the cooking, watch carefully to prevent burning. Enjoy!

Servings : 3 to 4

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale (about 6 cups of leaves)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instruction

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. Wash and dry the kale. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into smaller pieces.
  3. Place the leaves in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss with the hands.
  4. Spread the kale on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
  6. If the kale doesn’t seem crispy, bake for another 5 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
