That recipe has become a classic in my home! My boyfriend and I love eating tasty bowls. Bowls are so convenient: you can personalize them with the ingredients you have on hand. They are also a great idea for a dinner party – you can simply put everything on the table, and guests can make their own bowl! One important thing is to have a delicious sauce that will bind everything together. And I promise, this sauce is one of a kind.

- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
To serve
- To serve, place the cooked rice in individual bowls and top with the tofu, salsa, shredded cheese, avocado, and sauce. If desired, add some fresh chopped cilantro.
Tips
- In a hurry? You could replace the sauce with sour cream mixed with a few drops of sriracha.
- If you’re not a tofu fan, you can substitute it with ground beef. In that case, you won’t have to grill it in the oven.
