Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts are one of my favorite vegetables. I love when they’re roasted and crispy. This recipe is perfect for the air fryer, but you can also make it in the oven (see note below).

Servings: about 4

Air Fryer Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of Brussels sprouts (about 3 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablesppon brown sugar (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Brussels sprouts under water and pat them dry.
  2. Trim the stem and cut the Brussels sprouts in halves (or in 3, depending on their size).
  3. In a large bowl, mix the Brussels sprouts with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. Place the Brussels sprouts in the Air Fryer basket. Cook at 390F for 10 to 12 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes.

Note

  • In the oven: Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. In step 3, place the Brussels sprouts evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Cook for about 20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
