Brussels sprouts are one of my favorite vegetables. I love when they’re roasted and crispy. This recipe is perfect for the air fryer, but you can also make it in the oven (see note below).

Ingredients
- 1 pound of Brussels sprouts (about 3 cups)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablesppon brown sugar (or maple syrup)
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Rinse the Brussels sprouts under water and pat them dry.
- Trim the stem and cut the Brussels sprouts in halves (or in 3, depending on their size).
- In a large bowl, mix the Brussels sprouts with the rest of the ingredients.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the Air Fryer basket. Cook at 390F for 10 to 12 minutes, tossing every 5 minutes.
Note
- In the oven: Preheat the oven to 400F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. In step 3, place the Brussels sprouts evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Cook for about 20 minutes, tossing halfway through.
