Pear & Goat Cheese Crostini

For the Holidays, I decided to create two crostini recipes. Here’s the first one: whipped goat cheese, sliced pear, honey, and pomegranate. These flavors are so festive!

Servings: 12 to 18 crostinis, depending on the size of the bread

  2. Lightly brush both sides of each slice of bread with olive oil.
  3. Arrange the bread in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
