Veggies can be FUN, I can assure you!! You won’t doubt it anymore after tasting this kale chips recipe. It is so easy to prepare and so delicious! My advice: to make sure this recipe is a success, don’t forget to dry the kale (with a clean cloth or paper towel) after washing it. Also, toward the end of the cooking, watch carefully to prevent burning. Enjoy!

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale (about 6 cups of leaves)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
Instruction
- Preheat the oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Wash and dry the kale. Remove the stems and tear the leaves into smaller pieces.
- Place the leaves in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and toss with the hands.
- Spread the kale on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for approximately 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.
- If the kale doesn’t seem crispy, bake for another 5 to 10 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning.
