I named this recipe my “Everyday Salad” because I could literally make it every day. It’s so easy and tasty. This salad is a lifesaver when I have an empty fridge or when I don’t know what veggies to serve with our meal. Plus, you can personalize it with whatever ingredients you have on hand. For example, you could substitute feta cheese with goat cheese, add berries or cucumbers, or substitute pecans with almonds… The possibilities are endless!

Ingredients
- ½ tablespoon olive oil
- ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ½ tablespoon pure maple syrup
- Pepper to taste
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 2 tablespoon crumbled feta cheese
Préparation
- In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and maple syrup. Season with pepper to taste.
- Add the spinach and chopped pecans. Toss to combine.
- Top the salad with crumbled feta cheese
- Serve and enjoy!
